Cancellations are not allowed after the order has been placed. All orders are final and no changes can be made after submission.
Changing the shipping address after an order has been placed cannot be done. However, if you’re looking to change your saved shipping address, login to your account and under “My Account” click “Addresses” to update your address for future purchases.
The order was not placed if the order failed to go through. If you see a charge on your account, it is a pending hold that should be cleared in a few days.
